Level 1 support doesn’t understand issue and I keep getting disconnected when they hook me up with level 2
This can be very frustrating when level 1 support doesn’t understand a problem. I am trying to add a simple product that has been in the Amazon catalog for over 5 years. This usually takes about 30 seconds. However, this one ASIN cannot be added, it keeps giving me a 5665 brand registry error which has nothing to do with this item. This ASIN is already being sold by 11 sellers. I am not trying to add a new brand. I can add all other products except for this one particular ASIN item. Has anyone else run into this issue and do you know how to resolve it? It almost seems like Amazon is blocking other sellers from supplying this product under this ASIN code.
