Listing Created but still shows in draft.

I have a bundle that I created and am having trouble getting it to go live. It still shows in my drafts. When I click on it, the issue shows that I’m missing the product ID. I have previously clicked on the box (I don’t have a product ID) and I have already been approved for that generic GTIN exemption. Everything looks great, I click save and finish. After about an hour I get the email for “notification of a created listing”. In the email it says to wait 15-30 for it to appear in my inventory. It never shows up, and it is still in drafts. I have done this cycle a couple of times. Why is it stuck in limbo and how do I get it out?
