Listing errors, support is useless

Hey guys, hoping you all can help me out. I’m trying to list a new product, football display stand, that I 3D printed. I am receiving the error “you are not approved to list this product. You will need to contact the brand owner to become an authorized seller of this product on Amazon”. I am the brand owner, have other items listed under this brand. Amazon support is useless
