Listing removed for infringing on my trademark that’s in Brand Registry
Fortunately, only one ASIN was removed. Not even the other variations of the same parent were impacted. As usual, Seller Support has been terrible.
The reply to the first three messages to support was just a boilerplate about IP infringement that ignored the content of my messages. They came back in about a minute so it almost seemed like an autoreply.
The boilerplate contained a link to a help page, which advised to get a Letter of Authorization. I created the LOA from myself to myself. The next response said that they no longer accept LOAs and now a licensing agreement is required. So I created a licensing agreement. That was 8 days ago. I did receive a message 5 days ago that they are still working on it.
I spoke with Account Health support who advised me to open a case with listing support, who couldn’t help me either. She speculated that I should set up Brand Protection. I’m waiting for that department to get back to me.
I’m skeptical that Brand Protection can help. I’d appreciate any suggestions on how to fix the issue.
