Listing suppressed “main image not available”

I have a listing with three variations. One of the variations has been suppressed for two weeks and the reason says because the main image is not available. The other two variations have the same exact image just a different color. When I go to the listing details the image is there. I have opened two separate cases with no help/explanation from seller support. Any advice?
