Locked out of my seller account
I’ve been a seller for years and was suddenly locked out of my account. I never used an Authenticator app—Amazon always gave me the option to receive texts, and it worked on my number. Unfortunately, my former Amazon manager is scum and possibly set his number as the default, and I can’t access anything. I’ve already submitted my ID for verification but haven’t received any response. All I get are form letters, and it’s driving me crazy. Does anyone have a more direct contact or better ideas for getting through to someone who can actually help?
