Long-term storage solutions in China? Maybe using empty storage containers?

Does anyone know anything about long-term (12-18 months) storage options in China? I’m looking for some place to keep about one 40′ container’s worth of inventory (about 65 CBM) for 12-18 months. Being able to load everything into an empty 40′ container and have it sit in a shipping yard somewhere would be perfect. It doesn’t even have to be in a high traffic shipping yard near a port. Since the container is just going to sit for 12+ months, it can be out in the middle of nowhere, and I’ll just truck it to a major port when the time comes to ship it.

I tried looking around online, but so far I’ve mostly found 3PLs that focus more on short-term storage, freight, fulfillment, etc… These 3PLs aren’t really looking to provide long-term storage, and their high storage rates reflect that. I’m hoping to find a simple long-term storage option without all the bells and whistles.
