Looking to get assistance submitting an application for PII data access, Im not sure where to ask (UK)

One of our internal applications requires amazon PII data.

In therequirement document it states:

8. Can I hire someone to help me meet the requirements described in the Data Protection Policy?

Yes. The AWS Partner Network is a resource that might be of assistance.

By following that link all I see are large companies, I just need someone to ensure our application can get PII access.

I have tried looking around the forums, I cannot make any posts there, I cannot PM people either. It is a service I am willing to pay for.
