Looking to hire an employee

Hi all, I am currently trying to expand and I am looking to hire an employee to help me run my Amazon business. I was wondering if anyone here had experience hiring employees for their FBA business and could provide tips.

I am trying to figure out if I should post the position and do it all myself of hire a firm to find top talent. Also, how much should I be expecting to pay for a remote employee (country doesn’t matter) with some decent experience?
