Lost 43 items in 2 shipments to YXU1 (Canada)

FBA seller in Canada here. Long story short, Amazon system asked me to send two shipments to YXU1 before it is opened. They were both delivered in early September. First shipment has 104 items and the second shipment has 52 items.

I remembered when the shipments received by Amazon. the first shipment shown 91 items out of 104 received and second shipment has 44 out of 53 items received.

Now a month later, the amount of items received is getting lower and lower and some of the items that showed as received before are now showing as receiving…

Out of the couple thousands items I sent to Amazon before I have only lost 3 items…Now this time it lost 43 items in 2 shipments…And an item showed 4 available to sell yesterday now shows 3…

Am I totally screwed here?

BTW, I have no hope for reimbursement from Amazon too. Last time it happened I submitted the invoice and they just kept telling me they counted and they did not received them and closed my case…It is funny because on that case, the inventory showed received and then disappeared couple days later… and they can’t find the record
