Lost Inbound, again
Hi All,
Getting excited for Q4 here and have been sending in a lot of inventory, as I am sure all of you have been. Anyway, I’ve already had 2 of my shipments get lost, both in September and it was the same FC. Naturally I’m concerned about sending any more of my inventory there but, I’m not sure if I have a choice? Is there a way to avoid a particular FC when your creating shipments in seller Central?
Amazon agreed to reimburse me for one of the lost shipments so far but, I’d just rather avoid that headache, if possible. TIA for your help!
