Low clicks and very high impressions on Amazon ads

Hey guys, I listed product about a week ago, started advertising, made sure the main picture looks good in high resolution with no background, made sure to give a good price and to have good title. The number of impressions i got today is 103k, and 4 clicks. What am i doing wrong?
