How is everyone’s experience with these Amazon Account Managers? At first they seemed great, but very quickly they switched all the reps to international workers who didn’t understand the products being sold. Worse the longest a rep has worked is 12 months and as short as 2 months. As each account gets an account manager and ad manager. And every time they change you have to teach them your whole business all over again? Anyone else have a similar experience?
