Merch on Demand HELP

Hello,
I am pretty new to MoD and I was wondering if you guys can give me some tips. How can I get my first sale, what are the best selling themes/designs and what is the best and the cheapest way to promote your merch. I already published almost 40 products (my account is tier 10).
