Missing Inventory help

So I recently sent in a shipment to Amazon. In the shipment were 2 different types of shoes and a stack of t-shirts. Amazon is saying there are unit discrepancies and the shoes never arrived. This is reflected in my inventory as well. However, it also shows that the shirts from the same shipment did arrive and are reflected in my inventory, however not a single shirt has sold and when I check the sellers with Selleramp, my store is not among them. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have about $1k stuck right now
