Money frozen due to TRO claim

Hey everyone, I’ll make this short. I’ve gotten a email from a law firm stating that my funds are on hold until I pay them or fight the case. Has anyone dealt with TRO or “temporary restraining order” claims before. If so, how did you go about it. I’m thinking about contacting TRO Amazon IP Lawyer. Thanks in advance.
