Monthly Selling Fees Cycle (Professional account) + Few Questions
1) Hi, can someone explain the monthly selling fees cycle. I started signing up in April and had a video call verification on 25th April. After that, they were trying to charge immediately but card was declined as I use Wise card for such payments (and I had not loaded it at that time). Once I loaded my Wise card, I have been charged the monthly fees twice on 11th and 31st May. They do not mention that the payment is for which duration and covers which month etc. Its really frustrating and confusing.
2) I haven’t completed a single listing till now and been charged twice for monthly fees, shall I downgrade to individual and upgrade to professional once listings are completed and items are in Amazon Warehouse ?
3) Can I get brand registry without professional account ?
4) Can I get Prime badge without Professional Account ?
