Multi-channel fulfillment (mcf)

Does anyone use the Amazon MCF for their Shopify and/or store? I have a small warehouse where I ship out products on my own, but it just seems nice to not have to split up my inventory and not have to personal ship product for my Shopify. I am trying to understand the fees….do you pay postage on top of amazons fee? Or is it just the Amazon fee?
