Multipack listings?

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to sell an item 1 at a time on amazon with an item that is sourced from the supplier as a 2-pack? I can ship FBM and can separate the units before packaging to the customer.

For ex: I have found a 2-pack of cough drops for about $5 less than a single pack is selling for on amazon currently. However, selling as the 2-pack on amazon will not bring me a profit.
