Yesterday, I was checking my Amazon seller account at night and saw some listings I have never posted. In fact, these listings were of products I don’t even sell. So, out of fear, I deleted ASAP. However, someone already bought one of the products, which I canceled, and called Amazon to help me cancel the order without being penalized. Weirdly, these products were Samsung TVs and Samsung Galaxies at extremely low prices (Galaxy S23 Ultra at 500 bucks).
Now, I want to know how I could check for user activity or so to see from where or from whom these listings came. I have given access to 4 people, and I know they didn’t do this. However, their accounts may have been hacked, the problem is that I am not sure how I could check which of those accounts were hacked. Is there a way to check for user activity or log entries? I tried with Amazon but they said they have no access to this nor allowed to check, so yeah…
TL;DR: My account was hacked and random listings of Samsung products started to pop up at ridiculously low prices. So, I wanted to see which of the 4 accounts I gave access to was the hacked one. So, how could I check user activity or entry logs for this?
