My documents are not verified yet and… (please read the description)

My documents are not verified yet and my account suspended. If my business address saved my street as “Book Street” on Seller Central and my bill saved my street as “Book St.”, is this okay Because my internet service provider doesn’t allow entering address manually, it enables to choose between multiple options.

By the way, editing address page (on Seller Central) is active but is it working although my account unverified ? For example, when I check “legal entity” on Seller Central, it shows my previous address. Looks like my address didn’t change. Why ?
