My own listing says it ships from someone else

Hi everyone, my own amazon listing says it ships from another company that’s definitely not me. The product has 3 size variations and 2 of those variations are correct and say “ships from *my company*” but the most popular variations says “ships from *another company*”. Does anyone have any idea why this may be? i have never worked with another company at all. Thanks !!
