My pitch — any advice?

After researching how Amazon fba works, I feel I’m ready to take the chance at being a successful Amazon seller. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Game plan: my dad invented and manufactured a construction product that he and his team have failed to do a good job with marketing, and the inventory is currently sitting at a warehouse. I plan to buy some of the product wholesale from his company and resell the product on Amazon. The product is above $15, lightweight, solves a problem and has no competition. The downside is there is no awareness of the product. I plan to market it like crazy on social media, paid promotions, sponsored product, any sort of advertising that’s in my budget.
