My product is being rejected on “Sub Group” What else can i do?

Im trying to list my product, i already bought it and its coming to USA.
The product itself its very very simple, its just a paper glass for the eclipse this April 8.
Im really upset because amazon has denied my approval request, not for a brand but for the “SUB GROUP”. I already gathered all the information and i applied many times. Im still trying to reach a seller support so at least they can tell me what do i need to get to be approved, but they just send computer generated answers.
Im so frustrated.
