My product keeps being flagged as drug paraphernalia..

I’m trying to list a spice grinder on Amazon fba.. it keeps getting flagged as drug paraphernalia. After numerous calls to Amazon account health specialist and seller help they can’t figure out why. I’m essentially stuck in a loop. Does Amazon check the description input from gs1? I bought the gs1 and in the description put herb grinder. This is the only thing I can think of as my Amazon description and photos all reference spice grinder. There are 48 pages of listing similar to mine current one on Amazon but for some reason I am getting singled out…. please help
