My products aren’t showing up as offers

Hi everyone. Hope I can get some help here. I listed two products that are already for sale by someone else. Both products are significantly cheaper than the competition. My understanding was that even though my offer wouldn’t be featured, it would still appear as an additional option. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Any tips? Am I just not understanding how it really works?
