My Chinese agent provides 4 payment options.
I am having trouble getting any of these to work.
I am paying from an Irish Euro Bank Account.
Here is each option outlined along with their guidelines. I added my specific issues below each one.

T/T (International Wire and Fed Wire Transfers)
Bank – Metropolitan Commercial bank
Guidelines: Only International Wire and Fedwire Transfers in USD are Supported.
My Issue: I am in Euro so this won’t work. I tried Transferwise and it didn’t work either.

USD receiving account (ACH)
Bank – First Century Bank
Guidelines:
A) Only ACH (USA local bank) transfers in USD can be accepted
B) Transfers must be made from a company account
C) Wire Transfers are not Supported
D)Transfers from individuals will be automatically rejected
Issues
A) Again only American banks can transfer
B) I have a company account yes, but it’s in IRE

GBP Receiving account.
Bank – Barcleys
Guidelines:
A)Only BACS and Faster Payment Services (UK local Bank) transfers in GBP can be accepted.
B)Transfers must be made from a company bank account
C)Transfers in USD will be automatically rejected
D)Wire transfers not supported.
Issues:
A: No idea whats BACS is and I cant transfer in GBP as I am in Euro.
