Need help verifying this Amazon ToS or Rumor

I have heard from many people that if you are doing amazon to amazon flips, you are not supposed to purchase with a amazon prime account or you can end up getting your seller account terminated. I can’t find this info online anywhere to verify. I am not sure if this is a rule or rumor. The items i would be buying are sold and shipped from Amazon
