Need urgent help.

I have gotten my UPC code through GS1 Canada. I am trying to add a product as a listing to the Amazon store, and they are saying error 8572. The UPC definitely exists, is active, and no, there is no product with that UPC listed on their store.

Not only that, but they keep denying my brand registry even though I got an image of the product with the brand name ON TE PRODUCT as they requested.

Any help would be appreciated, as I need to get this listing up ASAP for when the product becomes ready to ship.
