Nel Seller Buy Box Eligibility

Hello everyone, I’m a new seller on Amazon and I’ve started doing Retail Arbitrage and Wholesale.

I’ve found a series of profitable products and sent them to Amazon using FBA. However, in two weeks, I’ve only made one sale. I’ve done everything possible, like having the minimum price among sellers, using FBA for fast delivery, and Amazon Customer Service.

Despite this, I’m not eligible for the Buy Box (the products I’ve chosen have high demand and good volume), and as you know, 80% of sales happen through this.

Now, my question is this: the only parameter preventing me from being eligible for the Buy Box is the metrics in the seller central and obviously a sufficient number of orders.

But if I don’t receive orders precisely because I don’t have the Buy Box, how do I get a sufficient order volume that allows me to have it? I hope someone more experienced can provide some clarification, thanks.
