New here… first time trying to ungate Crocs

Hey guys, looking for some help here. I’ve followed every “gurus” instruction on ungating and what I am met with from Amazon is

“- You have provided a unacceptable document. We are unable to accept retail receipts, online order confirmations, packing slips, bills of lading, sales orders, pro-forma invoices, or sales quotes for approval. Provide an invoice from a manufacturer, distributor, or your supplier reflecting the itemized list of goods purchased.”

From what is commonly said online, online order confirmations ARE accepted. I provided them with a PDF screen grab of the order confirmation and even went a step further by calling Crocs customer care to obtain an invoice showing Crocs and their address on the slip. Everything matches on my end as far as shipping address and address I provided to Amazon Seller.

I am really not sure what I am doing wrong for my first ungate attempt, any help is appreciated.

What I provided:
– PDF GoFullPage grab of order confirmation on Crocs.com showing o#, address, quantities etc titled professionally with ASIN etc

– PDF of confirmation from Crocs showing their address and item summary etc, this looks like an invoice.
– Screenshot of email from Crocs showing attached file
