New seller advice – adspend

Hi all. New seller (less than a week) on Amazon. I developed a new (pat. Pending) product, it’s one-of-a-kind and very niche, but it speaks to lots of people at the same time. In any case, I’ve been playing with the ads, unfortunately the automated ads are worthless, but using targeted ad words I’ve gotten lots of exposure (16200 impressions and counting) but only 15 clicks and no sales.
