New to Amazom, basic question with ungating

Hello all, I’ve recently just looked into getting started with FBA and I was attempting to get ungated in the grocery section. I made a purchase on frontiercoop as recommended from some of the sellers on youtube

However I got an email today after making my purchase on frontier: We now require all wholesale accounts to provide a copy of your Business License. Once we receive the required document, we will proceed with setting up your account.

Is this new, I haven’t seen a mention of it anywhere? Is there a new recommended site for getting invoices for grocery?
