New to Amazon Seller

I’m new to Amazon Seller. My brand has been approved by Amazon. It appears my first listing has gone through but when i find it on Amazon it says “no featured offers available”. How do i go about getting that changed so the add to cart and buy now buttons are added? Thank you.
