Newbie- is it possible to create a new account if deactivated?

I am very new to Amazon selling and I had a hard time listing my items until I figured out a way. I have a website thru shopify and I connected it from there. Within a few minutes of connecting, my orders blew up and I didn’t know. I found out about orders the next day so it was marked as late shipment. My score is 10.5%. Also I am about to cancel shipments because I already had 0 inventory and for some crazy reason, Amazon still allowed these 6 orders to get in. I was on an email chat a few mins ago and they told me they are researching. What do I do if those shipments are late because they are researching? Also, I want to know if I can create a new account in case of deactivation.
