Next Step After Increased Sales

I’m currently FBM seller doing retail/online arbitrage out of home. My inventory and sales have grown and it’s becoming hard to manage buying and shipping. I need to decide what to do now with increase sales and more work impossible to manage from home. I have considered shipping some products and go FBA to take some of the load off. However, every product I calculate shows a much lower total profit doing FBA instead of FBM. What other options should I consider? Just trying to figure out the next most profitable step. Thanks!
