No disbursement for 6 weeks.

My disbursements were put on hold until I verified my identity due to the inform act. I completed everything successfully within a week. It’s been 3 disbursement cycles and my money is still on reserve the rest of my account looks fine. I’ve contacted them 3 times a week with no answer.

Any tips.
