No sales when I am out of office during the day

It seems as if the days that I am out of the office I have close to zero sales. I never ship late. Ever.

Last week. Out of office thursday (1.5) hours away and had no sales. Most days I have 10 or so. Today out of office. 20 min away. Zero sales. Got back to office and have had 4 sales in the past hour.

It seems insane but are sales being blocked because it seems as if I wont ship on time?
