Not a seller but looking for answers
Hi! So 3 years ago I purchased a culinary knife set with a lifetime warranty. Last month while cutting boneless skinless chicken breast, the tip of the carving blade snapped off. If I hadn’t noticed a shiny flicker we may have eaten it.
I contacted the seller and it took 3 months for them to reply. Took another month for them to finally offer to send a replacement of equal or greater value.
I laid $398 for the knife set and the one they sent me they sell for $120. I could just resell it to make up most of the loss but now im doing the waiting game again for them to reply.
I’ve reported them and custo er service says they can’t do anything… any suggestions?
