Not getting paid all of a sudden

We are a seasoned Amazon seller, not huge but have been selling for seven years on Amazon, the last three years of solid FBA sales in the multiple hundreds of thousands of dollars, our account is in perfect standing with no past or current issues.

We are no longer getting paid. All the money that is not going to fees or ppc is going to account level reserve. Our account level reserve keeps growing, but our payments are stuck at 0.00.

This is three complete pay periods of 0.00 dollar distribution, and our fourth is coming in four days and we starting to get concerned. We have opened multiple tickets and they keep “transferred” to another team. We have called and they said it is the payments team, and if we keep calling or opening tickets we will keep getting put to the back of the line. She basically said don’t call us, we will get back to you.

It has been two weeks and none of the original tickets that were “ transferred to another team” have been answered.

The demand payment now button also appears to be broken.

When do we stop sending inventory ?
