Not receiving invite for seller benefits
So one of our brands wants to give us reseller status on the brand registry manage selling accounts page. They confirmed that they sent an invite but it hasn’t shown up in any inbox. We’ve checked every email and log but it’s not showing up. We have gotten invitations for brand user roles but something goes wrong with seller benefits invites. Anyone have something similar or have any ideas where these messages go?
