Notification of Restricted Products Removal

I am trying to list a product in Canada. It keeps getting removed 10 minutes after I post it, and I finally received an email explaining that it was because the product is considered a Class II medical device in Canada. Now, all my research seems to confirm that this is incorrect, but it is hard to be 100% sure as Health Canada does not specifically list product by product what is restricted.

Even if Amazon if correct, the issue that I’m having is that there are at least 10 sellers selling the same product, using even more “incriminating” titles I would say, but are not being removed. I know they do not have a license as I searched them on https://health-products.canada.ca/mdall-limh/prepareSearch-preparerRecherche.do?type=active 1

I have an obsessive personality and I just need to know how this is possible. How come they don’t get flagged and I do? At this point I am more curious than frustrated. If someone could enlighten me, I will sleep better at night.
