Odd seller account deactivation
Hi everyone, I’ve been an FBA seller for a few months and just barely started selling regularly. However a week or so ago I got an email stating my account would be deactivated because I violated Amazon’s conditions of use. It didn’t specify which one it just said the conditions of use. I filled out a form saying it was an error and they sent another email saying that my account would remain deactivated. When I try to login it says my account is locked and to contact customer service but I can’t because I can’t login to seller central.
I have an idea why it was deactivated. One possibility is because the card I had on file expired and I took too long to update it. Another possibility is that I used my personal account to purchase my own product. I needed a new product to take product videos and show unboxing. I was unaware that I wouldn’t be able to buy my own product.
I was wondering if I’d be able to get my account reactivated. I’ve contacted someone on fivver to help me in getting it activated again. They’ll be writing an appeal and a plan of action. I’m just not sure if this will even work. Is there anything else I can do? I’ve invested a few thousand dollars in my product and I don’t want to lose it considering it took me a long time to have it customized and manufactured.
Please any help is very appreciated since I’m new and don’t know much about these issues.
