Oh my God, I have never been so frustrated in my life. I’m about to quit. Please help.
Hi everyone. I’m new to Amazon Selling. This has been the most frustrating month I’ve had in a long time. I registered for a seller account a couple months back. All went well and I was able to enroll for FBA. The moment I sent my first shipment my account got deactivated before the shipment even arrived. They wanted a bill with my name and address. Okay. I didn’t have exactly what they were looking for due to living with family so I actually purchased internet in my name just to make this work. I sent that bill in. It wasn’t good enough. They said I could send in a mobile phone bill. Sent that in. Denied. Now this is where it gets bad. They want to set up a video appointment. I can do that. The only thing is the link they sent me WILL NOT WORK. I have 7 days. Every time I try it says the page is invalid. Every email I send to them asking for help gets auto denied because “its not the proper channel for an appeal.” Its not an appeal. I just need help to book this appointment. I’ve tried everything. Nothing is working and I’m running out of time. I cannot contact them for any sort of help in the matter. Does anybody have any advice? I would really appreciate anything. Thanks in advance
