Opening a new account

Hi

I decided to open a Seller account, trying to expend my business. Got the video interview and the postcard to verify the business address. They said it usually takes 2-3 business day to get all wrapped up. Long story short, I contacted them 3days later, got a notification (couple of times actually) I was approved and now I can login into the account and start selling, but still end up on the same page, ID and address verification page 4/5 which are both green.

Support said they were not able to help, and after lot of back and forth with the ridiculous automatic response, got a response telling me my status was still pending and it usually take 2-3 business day, but it’s been over a week. Asked for a call back but as i don’t have a approved account i can’t receive a call back.

Now every time i ask for help, I’m just spammed with the same message, we can’t help. But who can help???

how long it really takes in the US for an LLC to get approved?
