Organic search puts 2 of my product on page 1. Now what?

I have 2 listings showing up organically on page one. This page has some big listings. The top 2, 3, rows have listings w sales volume of 5k, 9k, and 12k units per month on the same page.

The top competitive sellers in this niche have pricing btwn $14.88 selling 10k units per month and $23.50 4k units per month

I’m currently priced at $13.** to bring up volume & lower my rank into the 20k – 30k neighborhood from 130k. Once I’m in the sub 50k rank I will start to raise the price.

What would you do?!

Below is just a Little back story… not important

I’ve been selling on Amazon for 6 years. I quit my job and went pretty hard-core the last 1.5yrs.

Last year I did 1.6mil on Amz w 23.3% margin through 90% RA and 10% wholesale/closeouts/oa

If you know the RA route you know how profitable but time consuming it becomes.

This year has been much slower(expected) as we relearn Amazon through wholesale as we are about 80% wholesale at this time.

I just lunched 2 new wholesale listings 1 month ago. Both listings have 3 variations. I tested 10 units of each and all sold within 2 days once they got into FBA. With the approved concept I then purchased 125 cases from my distributor and spent 5 hours prepping them(4 per case) in my garage.

I just sent in 500units (LTL picked up yesterday). I sold 10 units before they were even picked up. Thinking I should order another pallet being that it takes up to 2 wks for my pallet to get checked in.

Any helpful advice from Amz sellers who have experience would be appreciated.
