OTDR Penalty for Early Delivery?

Checking my account health this morning, noticed my OTDR goes from 98% ot 72%. I check the report, and there are 3 orders that are dinged. Looking at additional details, all 3 orders arrived before expected delivery.

I also noticed the expected delivery times were insane, like 2 weeks. No clue why, we do same day delivery and have been since day one. One of those 3 orders was for qty 6 of something, so that meant all 6 items counted against us.

So I have noticed that I have had orders arrive 4 hours after the expected delivery, and those counted against us as well. The reports show expected delivery at like 7AM, so if it arrives at noon it’s a strike.

If my understanding is correct then, arriving early is bad, and arriving same day but not at 7am is bad.

What the heck am I supposed to do here? This feels impossible to maintain.

I’ve been selling ecommerce for 20 years, have maybe sold 200,000 orders in that time. Never have I felt such a boot on my neck than as of late by Amazon.
