“Other” fee charged to my account

I’ve had 3 different fees charged to my account this year, the transaction type is “other” and the product details says “others.” The amounts are small, $0.17, $4.39, and $0.31. These are separate from order fees, and Amazon was unable to tell me what they are for or refund me. Anyone else get charged like this?
