Package not picked up as a seller

I’m a first time amazon seller. I selected my merchadise to be picked up from my apartment last Saturday but unfortunately missed the window when they came for pickup. Can someone explain best course of action since I can’t find a phone number to call. The status says not picked up and I don’t have an option to select a new pickup day while saying maximum storage capacity has been reached.

Should I cancel my pickup and set up a new one or wait to see what happens?
