Package status unknown – am I considered at fault?

I sent a USPS priority flat rate package, on the tracking it says:

Wed, Feb 7, 2024 Carrier picked up the package.

Thu, Feb 8, 2024 Package arrived at a carrier facility.

I purchased the label through amazon. This should have been delivered already but its not, and tomorrow is the last day I technically have for the package to be delivered.

If its not delivered or is lost, am I screwed? I did what I could, and even called USPS and all they could do was create a case.
